Tucker Pursley

PERSONAL TRAINER

Tucker is a strength and conditioning coach with a strong passion for fitness and helping athletes improve performance. He graduated from USC Upstate with a degree in Strength and Conditioning, and has a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. Tucker focuses on building stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes through smart, effective training.

Specializing in sports performance, Tucker takes a practical, science-based approach to training while keeping workouts challenging, purposeful, and tailored to each athlete’s goals. Whether working with competitive athletes or individuals looking to elevate their performance, the emphasis is always on long term development, consistency, and results that carry over to the field or court. When not coaching or training, Tucker enjoys playing video games, training for his next powerlifting meet, and spending time with his dog, because balance matters both inside and outside the gym.
