How We Train

We know by increasing fitness, we increase resilience and durability in our bodies.

  1. Cause no injuries during training

Many of our members are either returning from injury, afraid to train because of previous injury, or have been injured due to previous inappropriate exercise. Our number one goal is to create no injury. To achieve this, we have blended performance coaching and physician guidance to design a routine that works for you. Every movement is also modifiable to make sure it is appropriate for you. We limit classes to a maximum of 4 clients, so you will get individualized attention to correct form, technique, and progress or regress exercises accordingly.

2. Decrease injuries in life or competition

By increasing strength in tissue, we also increase resilience in tissue. Our workouts increase strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility. Mobility and corrective exercises will be built into the routine, so you won't have to get there early to work on this. Movements will mimic functions of life and will primarily utilize free weights (ie. squatting, bending, lunging, etc.).

3. Improve performance

Although we strive for safety, our workouts will push you to your limit. We utilize baseline testing to objectively measure progress throughout routines.
