Meet Collin

Collin Simpson

PERSONAL TRAINER

Collin graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. Kinesiology in 2016, and he is also a certified mobility specialist through the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) system.

Ever since graduation, he has pursued the field of personal training with a focus on mobility, corrective strength training, and injury rehabilitation. His personal areas of interest are advanced end range mobility training, and gymnastics strength/skill training. Collin works with beginners, and advanced athletes of all ages to teach them everything from the basic foundations of proper breathing, movement, and lifting techniques, to much more specific injury rehabilitation/prehabilitation exercises.

When he is not teaching others about mobility, he spends his time rock climbing, rucking up Paris Mountain, cooking, watching a comedy podcast, or playing DnD with his friends from back home in Pennsylvania.
